I happily relocated to Nocatee with my husband, two dogs and cat after 30+ years in South Florida.  I still consider myself a Midwesterner, though, originally coming from the Chicago suburbs.  We had our new home built in Del Webb six years ago and are so happy with our move!

My work experience consists of over 30 years in the real estate industry that includes single family home sales, condominium sales, apartment rentals, development and management.  My variety of experience has resulted in a well-rounded knowledge of real estate.

For home sellers, a thorough analysis will be made of your market area to determine pricing, and a marketing plan will be designed to suit your needs and attract qualified buyers to your home.  Regular communication will keep you informed from the time we list your home to closing.
